## Fourier Splatting / Gaussian Splatting code

The upstream Fourier Splatting repository distributes its software under the license included at `licenses/FOURIER_SPLATTING_LICENSE.md`. It permits research and evaluation use and restricts commercial use without prior explicit consent from the licensors. The license also requires redistribution under the same license with the full license text and attribution notices retained. Review it before using or redistributing the code, checkpoints, or derivatives.

## AnySplat

AnySplat's MIT license is included at `licenses/ANYSPLAT_LICENSE`. Retain the copyright and permission notice when redistributing relevant code.

## Scope

This repository is an experimental integration and evaluation release. The notices above do not grant rights to third-party datasets or any assets that may have separate terms.
