Add pipeline tag and paper link

This PR adds the missing pipeline_tag metadata (image-to-image) so the model can be found via the appropriate filter on the Hub. It also adds a link to the Hugging Face paper page for the BenthicFlow paper, making it easier for users to discover the associated publication.
